Feature Overview


Trust Manager has been designed with simplicity in mind, allowing you to administer your Trusts using just four simple, but extremely powerful, components:

Trust Management

First and foremost, Trust Manager provides you with a common repository to store and manage Trusts and related information such as advances / debt back, accountancy & banking information, and related notes.

Client Management

To streamline management, the Client Management tool allows you to maintain information about your clients. These clients are later associated with one or more Trusts. Changes to a client (such as bank details) are quickly and easily reflected across all Trusts which that client is associated with.

Calendar, Tasks, & Notifications

Once you have entered a Trust in the system, you can forget about it. Trust Manager will automatically remind you of key events concerning the Trust such as Trustee Meetings or Gifting Dates. You may also enter your own events, allowing you to customize Trust Manager to your own work processes.

Document/Precedent Wizard

The Document Wizard is one of the most powerful features of Trust Manager, allowing you to quickly generate key documents for your Trusts and associated clients. Trust Manager comes with an library of document templates, or you may create your own - you can even import your existing Microsoft Word precendents.
